Job Description
Senior Analyst of Integrated Media and Analytics
What your day will look like:
:The Senior Analyst of Integrated Media and Analytics primary responsibility is to work with TV, paid search and digital media partners and our Growth teams to provide the analytic insight needed to optimize our annual investment in media as well as the patient acquisition funnel.

:This individual will continue to enhance our proprietary media optimization model to monitor, analyze, report and recommend tactics to drive efficiency and growth.

:This requires data collection, database management, data modeling, internal/external relationship building and
communication/presentation skills.

:This individual will act as a subject matter expert in media and funnel analytics for senior management as well as to our media and attribution partners.

:This individual will provide analytic guidance and define success metrics for online/offline media campaigns and funnel initiatives, and explore and recommend new approaches to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.

:The analysis performed by this role helps shape strategic and operational decision making. In particular, this person maintains the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Growth dashboards and reviews business systems to ensure information being delivered is accurate and consistent.

:Data management is a critical part of the role including the collection, quality control, data sharing and data transfer required in the increasingly complex marketing ecosystem.

:He or she also uses advanced analytical techniques to identify new trends and business opportunities.

:The role performs ad hoc root cause analyses to drill down into weekly trends, runs cross:channel, digital and TV attribution scenarios via a proprietary interface and create PowerPoint presentations with effective data visualizations to communicate results.

:He/she will participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews with Corporate and Regional Growth teams as well as media and analytics agencies.

:This position reports to the Director of Performance Analytics and interfaces internally with the VP of Integrated Media and Analytics, the Chief Growth Officer and Corporate and Regional Growth team members.

:Externally, this role works directly with analytics partners, media agencies and numerous software and third party data providers.

What skills you need to bring to the table:
:Four year college degree. MBA in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics preferred.

:A minimum of 3 years experience either working in the analytics.

:A minimum of 2 years working with Adobe site catalyst or a competing product.

:A minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare environment preferredpany Description
