Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities:A' . Responsible for contacting and determine eligibility of prospective students who have expressed interest in the client schools programs while using a consultative approachA' . Accountable for direct support service to individual prospective studentsA' . Responsible for executing all elements of a proactive student outreach strategyA' . Establish rapport and build relationships with prospective studentsA' . Maintain up to date knowledge of schools, programs, procedures, careers, and any other service provided by EducationDynamicsA' . Guide prospective students through the university admissions process and overcome any obstacles that may ariseA' . Maintain documentation of all student interactions in appropriate tracking systemsA' . Maintain and exceed performance and conversion goals set by the departmentA' . Achieve enrollment and start rate goals, and conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards: Adheres to all state, and federal accreditation and institute rules and regulations regarding student recruitmentA' . Accurately and completely portray university educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents and educators.A' . Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basisA' . Exemplify professionalism and a positive attitude for each and every prospective studentA' . Perform other duties as assignedEducation & Other Skills/Requirements:A' . BA/BS degree preferred, but not requiredA' . 1 year minimum of experience working in education, online admissions, academics or comparable call center experienceA' . 1 year of previous inside salesA' . Ability to learn degree programs, career choicesA' . Strong work ethic required. The ability to get things done and multi-task in an emerging, high-growth company is keyA' . A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentA' . Commitment to exemplary customer serviceA' . Pleasant and clear telephone voice, along with good listening skillsA' . PC Software skills - functional knowledge of MS Office SuiteA' . Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings / weekendsPreferred RequirementsA' . MA/MS degree preferredA' . 5+ yearsA cents € (TM) experience working in education, online admissions, academics or comparable call center experience preferredA' . 5+ yearsA cents € (TM) of previous inside sales preferredA' .
