Job Description Position Overview Young successful Davie State Farm Agent is seeking a professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Team Member. The right candidate must have the ability to sale multiple insurance products without any fear of rejection. Full hands on training will be provided. This is a fast-paced environment so you must be energetic and be able to multi-task. A 4-40 license will be required within the first 2 weeks of employment and a 2-15 license will be required within the first 2 months of employment. This is a drug and smoke free environment. You will be required to pass a background check before being hired. Responsibilities Required to sale auto, life, home, health, and bank products Meet monthly sales goals Book a minimum of 2 daily appointments Develop your own leads Perform service duties such as obtain signed forms, and follow up on documents to close the sale As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Growth potential/ Aspirant program available to become a State Farm Agent Full hands on training for the first 3 months and continue education after the 3 months Requirements Basic computer program knowledge such as excel and word processor Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Property & Casualty license 440 (must be able to obtain) Life & Health license 215 (must be able to obtain) Ability to make cold calls Bilingual - Spanish preferred Ability to do business to business visits in order to develop leads Please email your resume in order to be considered we will contact you if interested. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
