Job Description:/h3:
We are a new and growing call center, a division of a very successful computer repair shop in Fort Lauderdale, FL which has been in business for almost 30 years.
Your job will be to contact prospective customers in need of remote tech support, hardware and/or software sales and upgrades. Technical knowledge is a plus, since it will enable you to more:effectively make suggestions, but is not strictly required. However, the ability to close a sale is We do have on:site technicians to whom the calls can be transferred for support or further recommendations (or up:selling).
Please have:
:A positive attitude
:A fluency in the English language
:A good speaking voice and ability to interact with customers
:Ability to close a sale
:A strong work ethic
:Experience in telemarketing, sales and/or customer support is a plus
The position is full:time, but we do have a limited number of seats available for part:time employees. Additionally, there will be a commission structure in place to reward our talented sellers for their excellent performance when reaching milestones.
If you are technical:minded, we are hiring support / troubleshooting technicians as well.
