The ideal candidate is a very dynamic person who will be responsible for providing support in the sales cycle process.ResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities through cold and warm calls and establish communication with appropriate decision-makers by phone and emailMaintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurationsEnsure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our solutions through a consultative selling approachRegister new opportunities in Pipe DriveGather budget requirements and obtain commitmentEnsure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospectsManage Sales ExecutiveA cents € (TM) s calendars by scheduling prospect customer appointments and callsProvide assistance for customer ordersSupport in sales quotationsSupport for third party estimationsFollow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposesMonitoring customer accountsProviding data and reports to help the sales teamProvide administrative assistance to account managers as requiredCreate and process sales orders in a timely fashionExpedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed (Quickbook / Pipedrive)Answering phone calls as neededQualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of related experienceStrong written, verbal and collaboration skillsMust be fluent in English and Spanish languages. Portuguese is a plus.Experience in composing RFPA cents € (TM) sProficient level of QuickBooks.Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.EducationAssociate and/or Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year College or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
