Account Executive/Account Manager – Temporary Staffing

Position Summary:
Great opportunity to join, build, and grow the company’s contract division. Source new clients that utilize temporary staff nationwide in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to: Engineering, IT, Telecom, and Finance. Active book of business highly desired.

Major Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed sales and production objectives
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Identify new clients and job openings
• Ensure quality customer service by resolving all issues pertaining to a contractor’s/consultant’s employment
• Develop sales opportunities by identifying managers at companies that utilize temporary staffing services
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Account Management for the Temporary Staffing industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Self-motivated, high-energy personality
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Must be tech savvy

• Guaranteed base salary ($40-60k base)
