The Boutique Yoga Manager (BYM) is the owner of the LifePower Yoga Program within their Club. They have the skill set to balance both the art and science behind promoting our brand, and are incredibly passionate about inspiring, empowering and leading others. The BYM partners with the Boutique Cycle Manager, Boutique Fitness Manager, and the General Manager to deliver Artistry level programming. Their main focus is to increase YOY participation and penetration, build an incredibly strong yoga community of members and LifePower Yoga teachers who exclusively want to practice and teach at Life Time, and to exceed monthly revenue goals. These objectives will be achieved by delivering exceptional and innovative best in brand Signature Programming. The BYM is also responsible for supporting Yoga Teacher Training Faculty by providing the best places and marketing support to drive successful 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. The BYM may also be a supporting YTT faculty but is not the main YTT facilitator.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Participation

oDeliver Exceptional Programming

Build and grow relevant, robust, branded schedule with the best teachers in place by utilizing schedule optimization tools! AND LPY blueprints to pair the right teacher with the right LPY Signature format driving exceptional student experiences.

oMember Connections Throughout the Club

Collaborate with every department in your Club to partner and cross-market on a regular and consistent basis, (DH's, Sales, Front Desk, Activity Desk).

oConnections Outside of the Club

Karma Events in your local community on a quarterly basis, (lululemon, Athleta, local breweries and restaurants, local businesses etc.).

Offer LPY Events outside of the Club, (fee based), at least twice per year.

oYour Presence

Teach 8-10 LPY classes on the schedule.

Billboard for LifePower Yoga throughout the club and community.

Weekly GFSM, GM and Huddle meetings and weekly DH meeting.

Bi-weekly LPY Yoga Lead Con Calls.

Regional Quarterly Business Reviews per SOP.

Have your team provide feedback on your classes on a regular basis, (at least once per quarter)

oYour Team

Recruit, cast, onboard and develop the community's top teaching team who are excited about LPY.

Highlight teachers and schedule them to lead workshops which elevate lives and feature the brand philosophy.

Offer Continuing Education opportunities

Attend 2-3 LPY teacher classes per week and provide feedback.

Weekly communication to LPY Team.

Quarterly LPY Team Get Fun Activities.

Weekly LPY Team communication through email.

4. Yoga Information Tables

Coordinate and execute fun events quarterly to pull members and guests together.

Social Media postings; myLT.com, Facebook, Instagram, etc., (weekly).

Partner with Ops Manager to maintain \"like new\" studio and manage props and inventory.

Reach out to and onboard new members who are curious or passionate about yoga.

Provide the best people, places, and programs!

Work towards Artistry status.

* Revenue

oSchedule relevant, exciting, transformational offerings that exceed monthly revenue goals via workshops, LifeStyle Programs, Events, privates, and small group sessions.

oSchedule Lifestyle programs which offer progressive opportunities for students to deepen their practice

oPromote and coordinate YTT programming. Ensure registration and tuition goals are exceeded.

oSync YTT with class schedule so both gears drive one another

oBuild a yoga privates business to benefit members who are seeking personal care and grow a teacher's livelihood.

oManage program planning, growth, BOSS scheduling, teacher pay, budgets, revenue and member management systems and NPS feedback.

Education & Experience

* Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

* Two years Customer Service experience

* One year reporting experience preferred

* Team leadership and business management experience

* Event coordination experience

Licenses / Certifications/ Registrations

* CPR certification

* LPY YTT Graduate must become LPY certified to take this role
