National Insurance and HR Consulting Group (NICG) is looking for a Business Development professional that lives and breathes B2B sales.

National Insurance and HR Consulting Group is a full-service hire to retire outsourced HR solution for the most efficient businesses around the world. By offering matchmaking for HR services such as payroll, benefits, insurance, and retirement plans, we are paving the way for transparency in an antiquated industry.

We are headquartered in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) and are operating in our third year of business.

What are we looking for?

Put simply, we're looking for hustlers that understand how to present unique value propositions in a B2B sales settings.

You obviously get bonus points for being an experienced benefits consultant (producer, carrier rep or account management experience) who has consistently been among the top 20% in a role with a trusted carrier or firm. The right individual would have a strong comfort level in talking to 100+ employee busineesses.

We like entrepreneurs. We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with a natural curiosity to learn everything possible to enhance their knowledge of HR Technology, ACA, Human Resources & Talent Consultant (Total Rewards), Risk Management, Benefits Communication Strategies, Wellness Programs & coordinating implementation flawlessly.

What can you expect?

1st year target compensation is $250,000 based on a mixture of many different pay structures. We offer base salaries, guaranteed weekly draws, and extremely generous commission structures (with bonuses and residuals).

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities may be as follows:

* Builds and expands on consultative selling. It requires the consultant to build their own social media brand, actively take part in speaking engagements to educate Executives on HR, HR Technology, Risk Management, and how to attract and retain the best talent

* Constant learning and actively deploying new creativity in the prospecting, sales tactics, & adapting your consulting advice to serve each unique benefit buyer based on their culture

* Self-learn and teach clients new market insights & design unique situation based solutions for specific industries

* Consistently calls on 60 employers weekly, setting up 10 in person appointments for the CEO and themselves to meet the decision makers, and will require 2 new clients per month

* New Business Sales Goal of $400,000 in revenue
