Shiatsu and Swedish, especially when they are combined, are very effective at addressing shoulder, interscapular and gluteal soreness, the chief areas where people hold tension. Thai massage is ideal if you enjoy yoga because the stretches are phenomenal, and almost all my clients are able to do these stretches. I am gentle, intuitive and aware of your body language.
