Job Description Education Dynamics is a marketing services and technology company dedicated to getting students to the right program at the right school at the right time As the premier provider of qualified prospective students for colleges and universities we identify individuals who are the best fit for a school s programs and who are most likely to complete them Our services also cover the key stages of the student lifecycle from initial inquiry through program enrollment The Contact Center Services Education Advisor sales and service position advises students relating to continuing educational programs that best fit their needs In this role the advisor will handle plus in bound and out bound calls from student prospects per day They will able to provide a variety of choices that result in the best solution possible for both the student prospect and the schools which offer that program of interest Every phone interaction that our advisors have with a potential student is designed to understand not only the student s wants but also their needs challenges and life goals By offering this one on one phone interaction we are able to focus on what a student is actually looking for and give them the options they deserve Position Responsibilities Receive and transfer inbound and outbound calls Maintain up to date knowledge of schools programs procedures careers and any other service provided by Education Dynamics Ability to adequately service multiple lines of business including Education Connection Advising Test Drive College Lead Verification On Location and New Business Ventures Ensure high quality metrics customer service standards and sales conversion goals are consistently met Exemplify professionalism and a positive attitude for each and every prospective student Education Other Skills Requirements BA BS degree preferred but not required year minimum of experience working in education online admissions academics or comparable call center experience year of previous inside sales Ability to learn degree programs career choices Strong work ethic required The ability to get things done and multi task in an emerging high growth company is key A proven track record of success and ability to close deals via telephone Commitment to exemplary customer service Pleasant and clear telephone voice along with good listening skills PC Software skills functional knowledge of MS Office Suite Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings weekends availability to work Saturday a month up to hours Company Description Education Dynamics Education Dynamics is a marketing services and technology company dedicated to getting students to the right program at the right school at the right time As the premier provider of qualified prospective students for colleges and universities we identify individuals who are the best fit for a school s programs and who are most likely to complete them Our services also cover the key stages of the student lifecycle from initial inquiry through program enrollment
