The UI/UX Designer III will work with a team of Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to create and develop engaging student experiences. The successful candidate will have had responsibilities in development of modern, responsive web based interfaces, a strong eye for detail, and has contributed in defining user experiences. 90% User Experience Design 10% Mentorship Collaboration PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design the User Experience and Interfaces for new and existing platforms.Create early stage mockups, wireframes and layouts based on platform requirements.
* Create precise, hi-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for phased user testing. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate ideas and feedback in the product. Provide leadership to other UI/UX designers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality product.
* Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices.
* Support developers through the lifecycle of platform release.
* Document UI design specifications and style guides.
* Research and understand UI/UX best practices and drive improvements.
