Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with client Act as a Project Manager of Technologies to present best practices workflows to client, and appropriately responds to clients' needs. Deliver project plans, timelines, requirements documents, design documents, issues logs, risk mitigation plans, and other project deliverables. May also be responsible for delegating project responsibilities and deliverables to additional project resources should such resources be made available, as well as scheduling regular project routines and activities Leads business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with client. Ensures that client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed off by client. Configures the test and production environments; uploads data; conducts demonstrations for clients. Responds to client requests by staging data in test environment and performing appropriate tests to determine if ideas work; communicates results back to client along with possible alternative solutions. Participates in user acceptance testing at client site SME on VMS and system functionalities Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs. Provides reference for customers by writing documentation; providing support and help. Develop customer engagement initiatives simultaneously ensuring alignment with growth strategies and that create the desired perception in the market place Identify, nurture and build "True Partnerships" with customers Participate in Product Development Maintains systems by researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity and security. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Create and manage Expected Business Results for team Work with Back office/Accounting/VMS/Support/Training teams and Client Leadership to determine program policy and create/maintain Technologies and operation handover documentation, in accordance with industry best practices and client needs Responsible for overall Technologies success Bring business analysis skills to the relationship to evaluate customer business, understands the goals of the customer program, and makes recommendations to customer based on industry knowledge and on DCR's capabilities Ability to work long hours and weekend if required Create and present program related materials to stakeholders and system users, via web/teleconference, to ensure successful change management, comprehension, and adoption Nurture professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the client's organization Consult with the stakeholders to assist in development of adequate service required Ensure commitments to client are met and client satisfaction goals are achieved Essential Skills and Qualities Performance and result focused. Outstanding execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity The incumbent must bring in expert business development knowledge, a collaborative approach, and great execution focus. He would need to come out with new ideas, would need to influence multiple stakeholders. Understanding of technology to determine interdependencies to the relevant service, customer client business, and expectations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related course of study preferred PMP a plus Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and building macros; experience with Microsoft Word, Project, Visio and PowerPoint, Experience in SQL queries, ad hoc report development Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams Demonstrated ability to understand and manage client expectations, with the willingness and ability to take direction and coaching from teammates Technical aptitude, strong problem solving and analytical skills "Out of the box", quick thinking; able to ask for help and feels comfortable approaching others; utilizes documentation and best practices well Ability to learn complex concepts and subjects under a variety of conditions including formal and informal training as well as on the job coaching and through trial and error; participates in self-study and active learning with the goal of becoming a product subject matter expert Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks Responsible for desired results and outcomes. Strong understanding of customer and requirements. Outstanding execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment. Ability to communicate very effectively with different groups and levels of the organization Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks Ability to work under dynamic, high pressure conditions, sometimes turning around project in a single day. Attention to detail, Error spotting skills: Accuracy of outputs will be all important Attitude of enthusiasm, can-do and should not be afraid to roll-up her sleeves Must have excellent relationship building skills and must be a team player Creative problem solving, technical acumen, analytical skills, intricate understanding of industry products and services, teambuilding and inspirational leadership, thirst for knowledge and information.
