Atlantic Partners Corp. is seeking an RECRUITING / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work in our Boca Raton, FL office location. This is position will be full time Monday through Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm). Responsibilities: Manage various office operations and assist the Recruiting Team and Management with all administrative tasks Answering Phones Formatting Resumes Maintenance of our company database. Client job postings on major job boards. Required Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a MUST! Multi-tasking and time management skills are an absolute must. The ability to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong attention to detail / must be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Local Candidates Only Please.
