Job DescriptionWE ARE A SMALL BUSY REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN CORAL SPRINGS IN NEED OF an administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.Administrative Assistant responsibilities also include maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and able to organize their work using tools, like MC Word, MS Excel and office equipment. Experience or familiarity within the real estate industry is a big plus.Ultimately, a successful Admin assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. THEY NEED TO BE SOMEONE RELIABLE, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, AND CAN MULTITASK. THEY ALSO MUST BE EXTREMELY COMPUTER PROFICIENT. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT LEARNS FAST.
