Position Purpose Job Description Details: Holy Cross Hospital Administration is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This position will work up to 23 hours per week and not be provided benefits. Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Assistant to Vice President of Mission Integration Provide help to other Administrative Assistants in the C-Suite Communicating with Persons Outside of the Organization Communicating with Supervisors, Peers and Employees Tasks include Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals Manage and maintain executives' schedules Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work Prepare agendas and make arrangements for various meetings; attends certain meetings and take minutes Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
