Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.Responsibilities:Manage records and information for employeesSchedule 30 + employees for multiple jobs each weekTrack T & M jobs and create estimatesGather data for change ordersPlan and maintain work facilitiesProvide administrative assistance to management teamEncourage and improve cross-department internal communicationPerform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)Qualifications:Good Computer skills a mustQuickbooks knowledge a plusMust be bilingual (Spanish)Must have strong math background and understandingPrevious experience in administrative services or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedStrong leadership qualitiesCompany DescriptionPainting Contractor
