**Description** **Job Description:** + Provide executive level administrative support to a member of the sales and or operations leadership team. + Exhibit a high level of customer service and maintain phone coverage. + Create, edit, and prepare presentation materials for sales executive and provide analysis of month, quarter, and year to date sales volume. + Develop custom queries for proprietary sales tracking system and compare wine/spirits sales data within select categories, price points, and market for inclusion in presentations and business reviews. + Track budgets, expenses, and supplier fiscal data. + Oversee logistics and agendas for meetings, dinners, and special events/off-site functions. (ie accompanying travel/hotel arrangements). + Support sales executive with the development of sales sheets and the announcement of programs and incentive structures to sales teams in the field. + Acquire thorough understanding of company products, policies, practices, and procedures to assist internal/external customers with inquiries. + Partner with corporate owners, C-level executives, management, suppliers, and supervisors. + Organize and convey executive's availability through oversight of calendar inclusive of appointments and travel engagements. + Able to work under time constraints and strict deadlines. + Exhibit a high level of integrity and commitment to maintain confidential information. + Adaptable and can assist a variety of internal customer groups and varying personality types. + Perform other work related duties and special projects as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required Skills:** + High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of administrative/clerical experience partnering with a senior level sales or operations executive. + Excellent MS Office skills are required (Word, Excel (Formulas), Outlook, and PowerPoint). + Accurate data entry skills. **Preferred Credentials:** + Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. + Wine/Industry Knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals, and leading spirit categories. + Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis. + Strong follow up skills.
