We are a rapidly growing entrepreneurial company currently looking for an Administrative Assistant
who is ready to roll up their sleeves and join our team of professionals.
We are looking for a highly:motivated professional who enjoys working with and helping others, to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
:Promotes professional and courteous customer service by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications and inquiries.
:Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
:Acts as back:up to the front desk area as needed.
:Communicates effectively with individuals/teams and provides support to the administrative and management team as needed.
:Manages special projects from inception to completion, as assigned.
:Coordinates all meetings and activities of the CEO including, but not limited to, notice of meetings, agendas, consolidation and/or preparation of materials for consideration, physical and logistical arrangements, minutes and transcripts.
:Maintains calendar, schedules appointments and executive meetings, and keeps the executive informed of any scheduling conflicts.
Maintains a log of items pending or in suspense and regularly follows:up and reminds those involved in the project.
:Handles extremely confidential company and business information.
:Follows up on instructions from the C:Level Suite to ensure that decisions are implemented, contracts, policies or other papers are prepared, and appropriate parties are notified.
:Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university, business degree preferred; or one (1) to three (3) years administrative experience supporting a top level executive; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess solid foundation of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
:Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced growing professional environment while being personable, dependable, a quick learner, an efficient multi:tasker and work well under pressure.
:Demonstrate excellent time management skills and an ability to understand, anticipate and adapt to senior leaders needs.
