Job Summary: The Plant Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the facility, including order processing and shipment coordination, data entry, receptionist duties as needed. Provides administrative support to all areas within the plant as needed. Handles all office related tasks directed by the Plant Manager. A' Essential Functions: Mail and track FedEx packages for office and keep all paperwork in orderResponsible for providing/updating and deactivating access badges for all employees and visitorsResponsible for the reception areaAssist Data Entry Clerk when the need arisesWith the assistance of the HR Manager responds to employeesA cents € (TM) request for forms and informationKeeps the HR Manager informed of any employee issues and refers employees to HR Manager for resolutionUpdate communication boards and marlin boardsMaintain employee training calendar and update employee training recordsCoordinate activities and company eventsCoordinate all new-hire and on-boarding related training and activities; assist with new-employee orientation; assist in the recruiting and staffing for all location positions A cents € " assist in management and posting of all requisitions in A cents € oeOpen HireA cents € ; all paperwork and processes accompanying hiring.Coordinate all activities related to temp employees and staffing, including but not limited do: managing temp requests from plant managers/supervisors, processing time sheets, interfacing with staffing agencies, ensuring timely payment, etc.A' Order and maintain all office supply inventory (office and other areas) in compliance with budget and Company process/procedure; enter various requisitions and invoices into SAP system; initiate various check requests in SAP system upon request from managementProvide administrative support to Plant Manager and Plant supervisors as needed (including but not limited to back-up support for designated roles) A' Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the position 2+ years SAP experience preferred Skills of the position Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)Proficient in Word, Excel, and MS Office programsStrong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)Detail orientation Abilities for the position Ability to organize and prioritize workPunctuality and relative attendanceDependability and positive A cents € oecan-doA cents € attitude Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
