Duties for this position would include:

Forward all filled orders to the delivery prep leads, and contact any customers whose orders are not filled to notify them of the delay.

Resolve any customer concerns or questions.

Assist and direct the delivery service providers, including management, office staff and delivery teams.

Advise customers professionally providing accurate knowledge to all customers.

Act as Delivery Process Specialist.

Print and distribute necessary reports and route tickets for internal customers.

Assist customers with product selections, pricing information, and shipping.

Enter orders into a proprietary system and route orders.

Schedule orders with customers based on product need and availability.

Coordinate logistics with both vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery.

Handle weekly reporting in Excel and enter product & shipment information on a daily basis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bilingual- Spanish

5+ years of office/clerical related experience which included customer relations responsibility and problem resolution.

Ability to stay late, based on business needs.

Knowledge of computers and Microsoft products required

Data entry skills per established department requirements; 50 words per minute

Excellent oral communication and phone skills
