Established Florida:based financial planning and wealth management firm is seeking an outstanding Client Service Associate to work with clients on a daily basis and assist them with their investment and financial planning needs. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; 1:2 years of relevant experience preferred. Personal finance, banking, or financial services industry experience a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills are a must, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Warm and friendly manner in dealing with clients, able to work independently and under direction, with ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and others.
Motivated and quick learner, able to manage time efficiently, capable of handling multiple tasks.
Entrepreneurial, hardworking team player with a positive, can do attitude, looking for an opportunity to learn, advance, and excel in this dynamic profession.
Support ongoing client relationships by responding to telephone, email, and written client queries; handling client service issues; and helping with firm:wide client service projects.
Prepare for and participate in periodic client meetings, take notes, and address any follow:up items that arise. Collect and process client data in support of financial planning services. Use firm software to prepare retirement planning and other reports.
Prepare new account paperwork; develop expertise in account procedures; assist in the onboarding of new clients.
Support the firms research and investment functions including relationships with investment custodians, investment providers, and other specialists and experts. Develop subject expertise in issues affecting our clients.
Assist with marketing efforts, including preparing marketing materials, supporting media/social media and educational efforts, client events, and prospect inquiries.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day:to:day firm management, retention of all required documents, and compliance with firm procedures.
