Working in our corporate offices you will be a part of the distribution center inventory management team. In the position of Data Entry and Office Clerk your duties are:
:Microsoft Office products with high level of excel skills
:Marketing Support
:Support the 9 retail/wholesale locations and work on inter:company transfers
:Customer service
:Voucher vendor invoices against inventory receipts
:Clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, and basic office duties
:Processing supplier invoices and reviewing statements to ensure accuracy of billing
:Organize and distribute inventory transfers for branches
:Maintain inventory items
:Cycle and Physical Count inventory adjustments
You will ensure that these tasks are completed using the established business process.
This role also involves scanning and filing of all supporting documentation to ensure integrity of our accounting process, which is a critical part of your daily tasks.
Job Requirements
While a high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, you must be able to demonstrate basic math proficiency and strong communication skills. Minimum 2 years of inventory experience required. You must be customer service focused, and able to interact professionally and effectively through both verbal and written communication with everyone whom you come into contact. Basic computer knowledge is required for daily data entry. Advanced excel skills required. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
