A growing real estate lender located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced and dedicated accounting professional to join their staff as their new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, the Chief Financial Officer will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the organization, working closely with the CEO and COO. Apply today!, The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for: * Ensuring financial integrity in day-to-day operations of the business * Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities * Partnering with the CEO to contribute to broad business decisions and act as an operational leader as well * Completing other tasks as assigned * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance * 10+ years' experience in progressive financial leadership roles * 5+ years of experience in a dedicated CFO role * Relevant industry experience in banking, mortgage, real estate or specialty finance business * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills * Strong thought leadership, strategic business acumen, and intellectual curiosity * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Excellent knowledge of data analytics, maintaining metrics and forecasting methods * Proven ability to perform complex data analysis and provide structured conclusions to all levels of management Desired Skills * MBA and/or CPA
