POSITION DESCRIPTION: Compiles, interprets, analyzes, and circulates statistical data to senior management regarding the Toll Operation business. Reports staffing vendors performance results and impacts to contract compliance. Has strong knowledge of all staffing vendor contract requirements in order to ensure performance compliance. Works closely with vendors and senior management staff.
Provides accurate statistical data on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule regarding the performance of the consolidated back office operation that supports the SunPass Program. Data is retrieved from a variety of internal and external sources. Determines adherence to contract key performance indicators.
Verifies the work results of the operations performance review function to assure assessments are completed accurately and within staffing contract requirements. Communicates regularly with other units to foster an effective team environment. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, rules and guidelines, and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies.
Analyzes data trends and provides meaningful recommendations to senior management regarding ongoing production and operations improvements. Forecasts future trends and translates up to date information into continuous improvement activities that enhance performance and achieve key performance requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Provides input and assistance in formulating new policies and procedures; recommends changes to existing policies and procedures as required to improve operations in support of changing business requirements.
