FirstService Residential is looking for a Accounts Receivable Estoppel/Planned Unit Development(PUD) Administrator in our Hollywood, FL office.

Job Summary

As a AR Estoppel you will perform duties to process and deliver all Estoppels/Planned Unit Development (PUD) certificates statewide as it relates to Accounts Receivable, within the limits of standard or accepted practice.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Review, manage and monitor workflow queues within the approved systems relating to Estoppels/PUD certificates.

* Process all manual PUD orders and ensure the accuracy of lender forms.

* Ensure accuracy of the product delivered through review and communication to both the field and client.

* Deliver products within the time frame specified within each order.

* Upload the appropriate documents per the statute as it relates to estoppels requirements.

* Assist in quality control with operations and the manager relating to PUD questions.

* Maintain documents and forms relating to the Resale Package.

* Maintain and monitor database for address and data integrity.

* Ensure corporate accounts are billed accordingly.

* Communicate inefficiencies, issues, or improvements necessary to management.

* Serve as Liaison to handle all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner and provide updates and / or ledgers to requestor.

* Assist with any necessary training as requested.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

* Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.

* Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.

* May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

* Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.

* Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.

* Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

No supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience

Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business or related field from an accredited college or university and one to three years of experience in a title agency, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Accounts Receivable / Collections experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

* Working knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong proficiency in Excel and Word.

* Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.

* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven

* Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision making skills.

Tools & Equipment Used

Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit and walk. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
