A growing and profitable company is looking for an accounting clerk with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an accounting department. In this role, you will work closely with accounts receivable and accounts payable personnel. Responsibilities include: . Researching discrepancies and reconciling customer and vendor accounts . Prepare and post customer payments . Review purchase orders and post vendor invoices . Copying, filing and maintaining vendor files . Assisting with month-end close as needed Must be detail oriented with good communication and follow up skills. Experience working with large ERP software and proficiency with MS Office is preferred. Credit card processing experience is helpful Applicant must be a highly motivated self-starter and comfortable working in an energetic culture.
